This is for all my fellow vegetarians/vegans out there! In this swap you will send three recipes via email to three partners. You will need:

  • One breakfast recipe
  • One entree
  • One side

Since this is both vegetarian AND vegan please make sure at least one recipe is vegan. Pictures of the dish are nice but not required.

i'm vegan, so vegan recipes would be best for me, but if my partner only has vegetarian recipes, i can usually convert/substitute!

My husband and I have been eating more and more vegetarian/vegan meals and snacks. I'm always looking for recipes and love sharing recipes I've found and tried out. I think this swap sounds like fun!

Hmm I didn't realise quite how difficult this was going to be for me. I'm one of those people who tends to just improvise a meal and doesn't use measuring cups or spoons for my sauces and seasonings - I eyeball everything.

Not to worry, I shall come up with something wonderful!
