I like the idea that we can send the photos and information via email. that should make it easy for everyone. My only thought is to have people put the swap in the subject line because some computers automatically put lots of things in the "junk" file if it is from an unknown person.

We have 8 participants, so what if most of us pick the same "5"? That might leave 3 out. Should we just send it to all 8?

sorry everyone. I was recently in the hospital with my fiance, he's having something going on, and I haven't made it to a computer, but partners are up and the date has been changed. I'm so so sorry.

Bless your heart, I hope he is doing better. The dates were a little confusing & my letter with pics was done, so I went ahead and sent it. I hope he recovers soon.

Well it SAYS number of swap partners is 8, but I only had 5 on my list to send to..
