The theme is your favourite Children's book Illustrator. They don't have to be a super famous illustrator, just pick a kid's book where the illustration really grabs you, and create an ATC in that style. Include please, a note telling your partner who the inspirational Illustrator is and the book that inspired you.

I was just thinking about this swap and was wondering if we should just draw the actual characters from the book, or create our own character but drawing it in a similar style. For example, if you chose Velveteen Rabbit, would you draw a velveteen rabbit, or could you draw a velveteen teddy-bear in the same STYLE as the illustrator drew velveteen rabbit? Does that make sense?

Hi @Strixie it's about the STYLE of the illustrator. So, technically you can illustrate whatever you like but it must be in the STYLE of the chosen illustrator! Hope that makes sense! x
