Description:
You will create one Lolita themed ATC and send it to your partner. The theme is completely open but do spend some time on it. DO NOT stick a sticker on to a piece of paper and call it an ATC. I know we're better than that :) Standard size is 2.5" X 3.5". Pack it well so it doesn't get damaged.

yes, you can do whatever you want as long as you put a lot of effort into making it :)
