Postage stamp bags swap

Is there somewhere where a stamp bag and the process is explained. I am new here and have never heard of this before.

I have an example of sticker bags on my Flickr. Stamp bags are pretty much the same, just with stamps instead of stickers. Link is on my profile.

I have never heard of or saw a sticker or stamp bag before. I will have to find what they are. But it does sound like fun

Stamps, like... postage stamps? New or used?

Or... rubber stamps? or...???

I'm new to the 'bags' but THIS is one I might enjoy! A sample to examine would be very helpful.
