Can I ask, could it be based on why the rating is not a full five? Please.

Some of us have had retaliatory and unfair low rating.

Every month I host somewhere between 50 and 70 public swaps, with rating requirements below 5. Do I really need to explain myself about this ONE fun swap for us with all 5's?
