Description:
For this swap you'll be creating one MOSAIC 2.5" x 3.5" ATC for one partner. You can use any medium to create this one as long it's not just a magaizine clipping glued to a card and saying it's done. BE CREATIVE! Must be in mosaic form. Use your imagination and have fun. Requirements: 4.8 or higher rating. No recent 1's or 3's allowed within the past 3 months. Newbies welcome, but with a well filled out profile. I have the right to ban anyone who don't meet these requirements. USA only.
