I think the host is getting it from friendship books and deco books. Sometimes you see a disclaimer in these kinds of books stating "no inmates/prisoners, no men, etc." to prevent them falling into a potential stalkers' hands. I wouldn't want inmate to have my address either. However it really should not apply to this site. =)

Since this is the Dalbright's swap, she can set the rules to how she wants. Besides most who sign decos are women who pen pal and most don't want male pals anyway, so it just makes it easier to keep it ladies only. Banning inmates is a safety precaution and I like that about dalbright's swaps. If you don't agree with the rules of certain swaps, then simply don't join them.

There are inmates apart of this site, I'm told they're from low security prisons? Hence my continues choice of words. Thanks ladies.
