Description:
Really simple: Using a notecard (the kind that has something (picture, words) on the front, that you open and write inside)-- letters, postcards etc won't count... WRITE a short note to your partner. The note should basically be an abbreviated intro letter (or a long pen pal ad, LOL). Tell them a little about you, so they can decide whether they'd like to write back or not. Newbies with completed profiles welcome. USA Only. 4 partners. Rating of 4.8+ No recent 1's or 3's.

by completing swaps.... once your partner receives, they will come back and click on "rate partner"
