You will hand make a Halloween Card for your 2 partners. Please use cutouts, and card stock paper. Don't just use stickers and nothing else. No one with a rating of 4.5 or below will be allowed to swap. This swap is for US only. Please feel fee to start an international one if you would like. I will angel if need be, but please no flakers. You may sign the cards if you wish, or send the cards blank, the senders preference.
