lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered but I'm stumped for the last one - q unless it's just queer?

A lot of people don't add the Q but I think it's important not to drop it, it's Queer/Questioning.

I've also seen LGBTQI, with the "I" standing for Intersexed.
