***Update as of December 2025 This year has been a pretty bad year. Looking forward to a better 2026. My mother passed away 2 weeks after my back surgery in February… the holidays are kinda depressing but I’m trying to stay positive…..upcoming knee surgery January 2026…. Uuugh dreading it but looking forward to it at the same time. Just now getting back on Swapbot after almost a year. I’ve really missed it. 💕 Looking forward to the swaps!!! 😊

Update as of 01/23/2025: surgery date is February 5th!! Having multi level spinal fusions!! Won’t be on here for awhile. But I will be back!!!!😊 Update as of 10/11/2024: my father in law passed away Sunday!!! He was one week shy of turning 90 years old!! But he was suffering so I’m so glad he’s out of pain and in a much better place!! RIP JD…. I love you & miss you dad! Update:: well life goes on and I sure have missed Swap Bot and swapping crafts with everyone!!! So I am back!! I find it better to stay busy right now!!!

Update: 09/12/2024..well I’m taking a short break from swap bot. My best friend just passed away. I have to go thru my mourning and I dont want my crafts to not be up to par. —> I’d like to add that I’m taking care of my mom full time with dementia and also traveling to spend time with my father who has end stage pancreatic cancer. I received my first rating of a 3 because I was late sending a swap out ….all of my other ratings have been 5’s….. just wanted to explain my reason behind the “3”!!! I’m 58 and I married my highschool sweetheart we have 3 indoor cats. I live at the beach 🏖️ and love looking for seashells and sharks 🦈 teeth.. I love crafting and acrylic painting. Just bought a new Cricut Explorer Air 2 and haven’t even tried it out yet because I found this great group and spending all my time doing swaps. LoL …I had purchased the Cricut Joy a few months prior and decided I wanted a bigger machine. So I really do need to open it up and start using it!!!! Hahaha I started making ATC’s and I really enjoy making those! But pocket letters are my favorite still. 😊

I grew up a tomboy but now a girlie girl that loves bling!! LoL PINK is my favorite color! I also love blue and purple! I love vintage things!!!!!!. Absolutely love handmade items!!! I love Alice in wonderland!! Also gothic….witches, vampires and zombies!!!!!! I love rabbit/bunny items. Love shabby chic!!! Love country farmhouse!! I love anything Tim Holtz!!

I like making junk journals. Gathering items now for a witchy themed one and an Alice in wonderland one. And now collecting for a circus 🤡 themed one!! I love Alice in wonderland and I love bunnies and rabbits!!

My favorite author is Stephen King!! I collect his books. Love movies…. Especially thrillers!! Love Quentin Tarantino movies as well as M. Night Shyamalan. I Like horror movies…. Supernatural is my favorite tv show as well as Charmed. I’m a big tv 📺 junkie!!! It stays on 24 hours a day can’t tell you the last time it was cut off!! I Really like lace, ribbon and material scraps! Just purchased my first sewing 🧵 machine. Love double sided scrapbook paper!!!!!! Just bought a Sizzix die cut machine and am addicted to making die cuts!!!

Ive always wanted to take photography lessons!! I love taking pictures of everything!! LoL I love sending and receiving mail I look forward to checking the mailbox every single day…. Hahaha. I recently started a new hobby called needle felting. I’ve actually sold a few pieces!! I do crochet 🧶 when the mood hits me….And I’m new to junk journaling! I love it!!!! I do it everyday!! Either in my own personal journal or creating journals for others—-> just recently started swapping out with a great friend. It’s so exciting watching it come together. That’s probably my favorite all time hobby right now!! Love making embellishments!! Didn’t realize I was even much into Gothic until I started a junk journal for myself. I just love the black with red or black and purple together!! I can’t seem to get enough ephemera and embellishments. I’m running out of room to store everything!! Hahaha. I have a wide range of tastes in things. I love the dark macabre but also love pastels and flowers! I’m learning more about myself everyday and I love creating things with my hands.
