I'm a native New Orleanian and mixed media artist. I can't explain it, but my life has just been consumed with crafting. I live, I breathe, and I create.

ABOUT SWAPS

I swap because I enjoy it. I'm not picky or choosy. I'm very easy to please. There's no need to "pray" over whether or not what you send me will be the "right" thing. I have an open mind and I see potential in everything.

Not much offends me.

My swaps don't have to be all about me either ,I have a 12 year old son and a 5 year old granddaughter. They both love just love the idea of opening mail, especially my granddaughter when she visits. She thinks that mail that's addressed "current resident" or "occupant" is intended solely for her. So whatever stickers I receive, I usually put them on the side until she visits and then she and I create wonderful art together.

Favorite Books

I love the Stephanie Plum books, Crime novels, drama, and chick lit. I'm also a big poetry fan. To be honest, I have seldom read a book that I didn't like.

Favorite Crafts

I enjoy crafting with fabric, paper, and any other mixed media type craft.

My craft of choice lately has been sewing handbags and accessories. I also enjoy working with beads to make jewelry.

I love crafting with paper too. I have my own little stationery studio, and it gives me life.

I do what I do because it makes me happy and that's all that matters.
