hello, i'm delaney! i am 21 years old and i am the oldest of 6 siblings. i grew up in ohio and moved to florida with my family about 3 years ago. i currently live with my boyfriend in our apartment which we have been in for a year!

i grew up around horses, cows, dogs, and cats. unfortunately, we don't have any pets right now- i'm hoping to get a kitten soon though!

right now, i work in the orientation department for a retirement community. it's very interesting because i get to meet people from all over the world and learn a little bit about their lives. in the future i wish to become an eye doctor. it's been my dream since i was a child.

My Hobbies/Interests

some of my hobbies are scrapbooking, diamond painting, making wax seals, and paper crafting. the type of scrapbooking i do is similar to junk journaling and collaging. i really enjoy the creative aspect of putting cohesive items together to make an overall theme. as for the diamond painting, i love paintgem's mini kits. i find they are the perfect size for me and there are so many different themes. i like giving them as gifts when i'm finished! and for stamping, i've been expanding my collection of wax and stamp heads so i can make tons of different seals. i like including them in swaps when i can.

absolutely love using vintage stamps, and i try to curate a selection that caters to the person i am sending to. i always appreciate seeing cool postage on items i receive!

even though i haven't been to very many places, i love traveling and learning about different areas. i flew for the first time less than a year ago, and it was beautiful. i wish to go out of the country soon.

i love cooking and baking. i make my siblings birthday cakes every year, and i like to make something new for dinner at least once a week.

i collect and build mga's miniverse/make it mini toy line. the kits usually consist of items to put together mini foods or plants with resin.

i have a nintendo 3ds and a switch lite. i love all the pokemon games, the legend of zelda games, and minecraft.

My Favorite Items to Swap

i like swapping postcards, greeting cards, stickers, stationary items/ephemera, and all sorts of paper crafts. i love washi- i will always be delighted to receive samples! i also just started making atcs, and they have quickly become another one of my addictions!

My Favorite Themes

i love cute/kawaii things, as well as spooky things. i like receiving holiday/seasonal items when the time comes. i appreciate halloween all year round! i also really love the peeps marshmallow bunnies and chicks. i have two of the giant bunny stuffed animals :)

i love all insects, especially butterflies, moths, bees, and ladybugs. i also love flowers, specifically lily of the valleys, morning glories, tulips, and hydrangeas. my favorite color is purple.

snoopy is my favorite character ever. i also love sanrio, especially kuromi, little twin stars, and lloromannic.

Favorite Medias

i tend to watch more movies than tv shows. some of my favorite films are twilight, get out, i saw the tv glow, i used to be funny, pitch perfect, and she's the man. i am a big fan of studio ghibli movies as well, my favorites being howl's moving castle and whisper of the heart.

my favorite music artists are phoebe bridgers, noah kahan, chappell roan, and the last dinner party.

i love dystopian, fantasy, thriller, and ya books. some of my favorites are the percy jackson series, vicious, this savage song, the cruel prince, an ember in the ashes, the darkest part of the forest, and the bright lands.
