For this swap, you'll have one partner, and you'll send to your partner the following: A notecard with a friendly note A surprise The surprise can be lots of different things, as long as it's not used/torn/dirty. Out of packaging is fine. Don't spend more than a few dollars, if that much. Also, keep in mind that this swap is not profile based.
