Pick a pc from your stash. A postcard is 34 cents to mail in USA and $1.15 internationally. So pick at least 3 postage stamps that add up to correct postage and mail to your partner. Easy peasy. Please keep in mind this is international so u could wind up with sending a postcard internationally. No recent 1's or 3's. No flakers and no nonraters. Thanks yall
