SPLATTER!

Oooh, time for some messy art, folks! For this ATC, you must somewhere on your ATC have splatters. This could mean splattered paint -- a fine spray of paint from a brush or a big bold spill, a drawing of a splatter or another way to incorporate the concept of splatters onto your ATC.

It would be pretty hard to do this without a hand-drawn or hand-painted element, but let's make it so we must incorporate the hand-drawn or hand-painted into this anyhow.
